Home renovation is where Elevated Home Services all began. Matt Dabrant began contracting experience working with second- and third-homeowners, realtors and property management companies. With more than
17 years experience and hundreds of customers for home or office renovation, remodeling and repairs, Matt built the foundation of Elevated Home Services using his knowledge, expertise and strong work ethic. Driven by customers and their project vision, Matt works closely with homeowners to ensure every home project is met; within budget and on time.

Matt strives to make home renovation and remodeling an exciting and positive experience instead of a stressful one. Providing expert craftsmanship and excellent customer service is top priority. With an established network and working partnerships with local, trusted suppliers and vendors, Matt is able to properly prepare for any issues that may arise. Customers can expect to receive progress reports and photos so you stay informed from start to finish.

Once we enter into a partnership, the project scope is determined. Cost and time estimates
are discussed and agreed upon at this stage.
This provides transparency and ensures remodeling goals are met every step of the way.

To help you with your vision, Matt will walk you through details from previous work and share ideas for inspiration. Following this initial meeting, Matt can provide recommendations
and several options to consider. This includes measurements, material finishes, colors, and themes. For exterior and interior renovations, additions or structural changes, drawings can
be coordinated and be presented for approval.
If your project is complex or requires permits, several meetings may be required.

process is complete, construction
